a sony shop or somtimes a photography shop can send them away to get fixed for you.

ye the problem with these cameras are there really old like made in 1991, so they break really easy if you dont know how to use them, mine broke once and it cost 300 to repair, but u need to try puttin a head cleaner through itfirst, if not ull have to spend a lot gettin fixed.
